As a mentor, you support one of our clients in leading an independent life that corresponds to her abilities and interests. You are a confidante and help in different challenges of everyday life and integration. Within the framework of a one-year mentoring project we offer training to become a mentor for working with refugee women who have been affected by human trafficking or forced marriage.
The specialized counseling centers JADWIGA advocate for the rights of trafficked persons and victims of forced marriages. This can be human trafficking into sexual exploitation (forced prostitution), but also into labor exploitation. We care for many refugee women, many are from African countries.
